We usually give out candy to the few trick-or-treaters who visit, but we don't go trick-or-treating or decorate our house for Halloween or any of that. I do decorate a bit for fall: a fall wreath on the door, and indoors I've used acorns, pine cones, candles, and a pumpkin surrounded by leaves. Sometimes we'll go to a fall festival, but Kathryn's never done a costume. This year she and her dad were going to the Harvest Fest at his church, and she told me last Sunday that she'd like to wear a costume. Since I didn't have much time to do anything fabulously creative, I just made her a bunny tail to go with the bunny ears she likes to wear, painted on whiskers and a nose, and voila--a pink rabbit:
