My girl is growing up! Yesterday Kathryn made up her mind to ride her bike with no training wheels, so Ken took them off, and away she went! 
She did exactly like this with potty training and with getting rid of her pacifier: waited & waited, but when she was ready, there was no turning back. No long process, just made up her mind and did it. I love this look of concentration... 
For the record, yes she usually wears a helmet! This was only in our driveway and she wasn't allowed to go very fast or anything like that! Ah, time flies. Enjoy every second.
