After more than a year of training classes, background checks, lost paperwork, and many hoops to jump through, I got this in my email today:
"Finally good news! We are pleased to inform you that your adoptive family assessment has been approved and registered with the DFCS State Adoption Unit for any race, male/female, 0-12 years old, up to two children."I may not have accomplished much around here, but the Lord did! I'm praising God that we are finally approved, and He even answered my specific request to let us get word of our approval this week. He is so good!
