A Norman Rockwell Re-Creation

Kathryn has been wanting to do one of our re-creations, but we hadn't thought of one to fit her until we were flipping through a Norman Rockwell art book. When we came across "Girl at Mirror", we immediately thought of Kathryn: slender girl, long brown hair, even similar facial features. This was painted in 1954, and I absolutely love it.
We couldn't think of what would work as a dress/slip until last week, when a friend gave us some hand-me-down clothes and I realized one of the dresses would be perfect! With the help of Kathryn's doll, my brush and lipstick (and braiding skills!), plus Ken's creative lighting, here's our take of it (with canvas texture added in photoshop):
